Notarized, wherever you are.
You pick the time. Booking and paying takes about a minute, and a commissioned notary is at your door at the hour you chose — same day if that is what you need.

- Same-day and after hours
- Hospitals and facilities
Flat visit fee from $120, plus the $2 statutory fee per signature.
How it works
Three steps, no phone tag.
Book and pay
Document type, address, and a time that works. Takes about a minute, and paying up front is what locks the slot — nothing is held until it clears.
We confirm by email
It arrives the moment payment clears, with the time and address you gave us. No dispatch queue, no waiting on hold, nothing to chase.
We arrive at your time
Have unsigned documents and government photo ID ready. We witness the signature, seal it, and journal the act. That is the job done.
Pricing
One flat visit fee. No surprises.

Common questions
Everything people ask first.
What do I need to have ready?
An unsigned document and a valid government photo ID for every person signing. Do not sign ahead of time, the notary has to witness it. If your document names witnesses, they need ID too.
Why is there a separate $2 charge?
New York Executive Law sets the maximum fee for the notarial act itself at $2 per signature. It is capped by statute and we cannot charge more for it. The visit fee is a separate, unregulated travel and scheduling charge, and both appear as their own line on your receipt.
Can you come to a hospital or a correctional facility?
Yes. Both fall under the same-day and after hours rate because of the access and wait time involved. Tell us the facility in the notes so we can confirm their visitor rules before we arrive.
Can you notarize a will?
We can notarize a self-proving affidavit attached to a will, which is what most people actually need. We cannot advise on how a will should be drafted or executed. That is legal advice and a notary is not permitted to give it.
What if I need to reschedule, or you are running late?
Reply to your confirmation email. It reaches us directly and it is the fastest way to move an appointment. Rescheduling is free as long as you tell us more than two hours before your appointment time, and cancelling in that same period is a full refund. We aim to be at your door at the time you booked; traffic and building access can put us a few minutes either side, and if it is going to be more than that we will contact you rather than leave you waiting. On the day itself we usually text when the notary sets off.
