What happens next

Three steps, no phone tag.

01

You book and pay

The slot is held the moment payment clears. Nothing to chase, nobody to call back.

02

We confirm by email

Straight away, with the time and address you gave us. Reply to it if anything changes. We text the day of, when the notary sets off.

03

We come and sign

Have unsigned documents and government photo ID ready for every signer. We witness, stamp and journal the act. That is the job done.

Before you book

The four things worth knowing.

What do I need to have ready?

An unsigned document and a valid government photo ID for every person signing. Do not sign ahead of time — the notary has to witness it, and a pre-signed document has to be reprinted. If your document names witnesses, they need ID too.

Can you come to a hospital or a facility?

Yes, and often the same day. Hospitals, rehabs and correctional facilities fall under the same-day and after hours rate because of the access and wait time involved. Put the facility name in the notes so we can check their visitor rules before we set out.

Why is there a separate $2 charge?

New York Executive Law caps the notarial act itself at $2 per signature. We charge exactly that and no more. The visit fee is a separate, unregulated travel and scheduling charge, and both appear as their own line on your receipt.

What if my plans change?

Cancel more than two hours before your appointment time and the visit fee is refunded in full. Rescheduling is free — just reply to your confirmation email.
